I currently have it setup for road riding, with road bars, brakes, levers and a freewheel. It also has fender mounts and can probably take up to a 28mm tire though I’ve only tried 25mm.

I’m 6’2’’ and it fits me well, with a shorter stem or a less setback seat post I think it could fit someone down to 5’9’’ or so.
